Customer First – Always

Throughout my business career, one thing has remained a constant: an unrelenting focus on the customer experience. My “Customer First” ideal is more than just a goal…it is a way of life. It enabled my brother and me to grow our commercial real estate business into the 2nd fastest growing company in the country between 2005 and 2007 (INC. Magazine’s 2008 INC 500 List). I know from personal experience that if I treat my customers properly, they will treat me properly, which leads to referrals, repeat business, and a loyal customer base. Nothing is more important than a satisfied customer.

Experience Matters

Anyone can put a “For Sale” sign in a front yard and wait for a customer to call. But, when a problem arises, you need someone with deep real estate experience to get you to closing.

Since obtaining my real estate brokerage license in 1999 and my law degree from the University of Wisconsin in 2002, I have personally been involved with thousands of real estate transactions, ranging from a simple purchase of an $8,000 vacant lot to a complex syndication and master lease of a $45 million apartment community with 35 owners completing Sec. 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. I have in-depth experience in real estate law, brokerage, property management, insurance, taxation, development, and financing. So, whatever size deal you’re looking to buy or sell, I have the expertise to help you close the transaction.
